We will be based at the DoubleTree Binghamton located at 225 Water Street, Binghamton. There is a block of rooms available at $169 per night. Guests are able to book reservations online.

7:00pm Puck drop

• Visions Veterans Memorial Arena - 1 Stuart Street, Binghamton

11:00am Trip to game store and arcade - videos games and pinball dating back to 1974!

• Robot City Games & Arcade - 126 Clinton Avenue, Binghamton

12:30pm Hospitality Room opens

• Lower Level, DoubleTree Binghamton

2:30pm   NYOSA Potentate Presentations

5:30pm   Potentate's Family Party

• Original Kalurah Temple - 255 Washington Street, Binghamton (across from the DoubleTree)

Following the dinner, we will return to the lower level of the DoubleTree for the After Party with dessert, dancing, karaoke, games, and more!​​

Attire for the weekend is casual with fez. Weather in upstate NY is unpredictable. Jeans and comfortable clothing is welcome.
